Distinguish between a kitchen, mandatory in-house catering and permission for outside caterers. List rental, minimum orders and the conditions for waiving a particular fee separately.
Equipment and people
Say what is available at the venue, whether it is included in the price and whether a separate operator is needed. A mixer or projector alone does not amount to full technical production.
Clear restrictions
Setup, unloading, parking, noise, accessibility, overnight work and cleaning requirements help establish whether a space suits the event.

Do we need to publish an availability calendar?+
During the beta, availability is checked for each request. A date is not assumed to be free simply because it isn't marked as busy.
