Bar service and alcohol supply are separate
Distinguish between supplying drinks, bartending and serving alcohol provided by the client. Agree purchasing, leftovers, delivery and venue requirements separately.

Yes. Request bar service without food and list what should be included: staff, drinks, ice, glasses and equipment.
Can the venue provide catering?+
Yes. Mark catering as already included in your brief so it is not sourced or priced twice.
