Sign up without a long form

Create an account and choose your role: client, provider or both. Clients get a project dashboard; providers get a service profile and requests.

A brief you can refine

Describe the event in your own words. Add the services you need, what is already in place, the date, city, scale and estimated budget. Save a draft and come back later.

Checked terms

Once the brief is confirmed, the matching team contacts suitable providers. A date is only treated as available after confirmation. Each offer specifies what the price includes.

First results within 24 hours

The clock starts when your brief is confirmed. Any questions will appear in your dashboard. Your shortlist is saved with the terms as they were when published.

Introductions by mutual agreement

Choose an offer and agree to share your contact details. The provider accepts the introduction. Then work things out directly: your relationship can continue beyond the platform.

Good to know

Does a shortlist book the date?+

No. Availability is confirmed at the time of the offer. Date holds, contracts, payment and final terms are agreed separately with the provider.

Can I look for just one service?+

Yes. Select only catering, a host or equipment, for example, and mark the other parts as already arranged.
