Privacy

This page explains how HIMA HIMA uses data to manage accounts, match services and introduce clients to providers.

01

Account and project data

We store your selected roles, name, contact details, language, briefs, service profile, portfolio, proposals, consents and activity history. When you sign in with Google, we receive your verified email address, name and account ID. When you sign in by phone, we store your number as an identifier and a password hash, not the password itself.

02

Who can access your information

Account data, billing details, original files and working questionnaires are accessible to the account owner and authorised moderators. Providers receive information about projects they are invited to. Clients see the shortlist published for them and reviewed materials. Contact details are shared once both parties agree.

03

Storage and technical services

Application data is stored in a Cloudflare D1 server database, and files are stored privately in Cloudflare R2. Secure session cookies support sign-in. Your language and theme preferences may be stored in your browser. Questionnaire and brief content is not saved in localStorage.

04

Notifications and newsletters

Service notifications cover requests, proposals, profile reviews and introductions. Topic updates and marketing emails require separate consent, which you can change in your account settings. Email notifications are available for verified addresses once email delivery is connected.

05

Managing your data

You can edit your profile, roles and preferences in your dashboard. To request a copy of your data, a correction or account deletion, email the team from the address linked to your account. If needed, we will verify that the request comes from the account owner. Some records may be retained to meet obligations and resolve disputes.
